Process Capability

Casting Methods We Offer

One foundry rarely masters every process. With 10 manufacturing centers, we select the optimal method for your part geometry, alloy, and volume.

Low-Pressure Casting

Controlled filling for superior density and mechanical properties. Ideal for aluminum automotive components, cylinder heads, and structural parts requiring pressure-tight integrity.

Gravity Casting

Cost-effective for medium-to-large parts. Perfect for iron and steel industrial components, pump housings, and machinery bases where economy matters.

Precision Casting

Lost-wax investment casting via SLS-printed wax patterns. Exceptional surface finish (Ra 3.2-6.3μm) and tight tolerances for complex, thin-walled parts in stainless steel and superalloys.

Centrifugal Casting

Radial symmetry with excellent density. Best for cylindrical parts like bushings, sleeves, and rings in bronze, copper alloys, and high-temperature alloys.

Shell Casting

Better surface finish than sand casting with moderate tooling costs. Suitable for small-to-medium steel and iron parts requiring improved dimensional accuracy.

Liquid Squeeze Casting

Combines casting and forging advantages. Produces near-net-shape parts with minimal porosity and excellent mechanical properties in aluminum and magnesium alloys.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Rapid casting uses 3D printed sand molds or wax patterns instead of traditional wooden or metal tooling. Parts go from CAD to finished casting in weeks, about 1/5 the cycle time of traditional pattern-based casting. No tooling means design changes are instant and free.

  • 7 alloy families: aluminum alloys (A356, A357, ZL101), copper alloys (brass, bronze), cast iron (HT200, QT400), cast steel (ZG25-ZG45), magnesium alloys (AZ91D), high-temperature alloys (Inconel 718, Hastelloy), and titanium alloys (Ti6Al4V). Over 30 material process formulations developed in-house.

  • One part. Since we do not need traditional tooling, there is no MOQ. Single prototypes for validation, small batches for pilot runs, and full-scale serial production — all using the same 3D printing + casting workflow.

  • Yes. Full chain in-house: casting + CNC machining (3-axis to 5-axis) + heat treatment + surface treatment (anodizing, plating, painting) + inspection. We deliver finished parts ready for assembly, not raw castings that still need external shops.

  • ISO 9001 certified. 9 in-house inspection methods: X-ray (RT), CMM, spectrographic analysis, ultrasonic (UT), dye penetrant (PT), magnetic particle (MT), hardness testing, 3D scanning, and visual inspection. Full material certifications and inspection reports provided with every shipment.
