What We Offer

End-to-End Additive Manufacturing Services

From sand mold printing to finished metal castings, we cover the entire manufacturing chain. Every service is powered by 3DPTEK's own equipment, operated by our own engineers.

Casting Methods

Multiple Casting Processes to Match Your Requirements

Different parts demand different casting techniques. We offer the full spectrum from our 5 foundries.

Sand Casting

Most versatile. Aluminum, iron, steel. Prototype to production volumes.

Low-Pressure Casting

Superior density and mechanical properties for aluminum components.

Gravity Casting

Cost-effective for medium-complexity aluminum and copper alloy parts.

Investment Casting

Precision casting with excellent surface finish. Wax patterns + ceramic shell.

Centrifugal Casting

Ideal for cylindrical parts. Superior grain structure and density.

Squeeze Casting

High-integrity aluminum castings with near-wrought mechanical properties.

Lost Foam Casting

Complex geometries without cores. Excellent for one-off and small-batch production.

Plaster Mold Casting

Exceptional surface finish for art, architectural, and decorative castings.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Services

  • Prototype castings: 5-7 business days from CAD approval. Small-batch production: 2-3 weeks. Large production runs: timeline depends on volume and complexity. We provide a detailed schedule with every quote.

  • We pour aluminum alloys (A356, AlSi10Mg, 6061), copper alloys (brass, bronze), cast iron (gray, ductile), and cast steel (carbon, stainless, alloy). Our 5 foundries cover the full range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

  • Yes. Our services scale from single prototype parts to production runs of thousands of units. We recommend 3D printed sand molds for prototypes and small batches, with the option to transition to traditional tooling for high volumes once designs are validated.

  • We accept STEP, IGES, STL, and native CAD formats (SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, Creo). Upload via our quote form or email to sales@lyafs.com. Our engineers review every file for manufacturability and will contact you if any adjustments are needed.

  • Our foundries are ISO 9001 certified. We perform in-house testing including spectrometry, tensile testing, hardness testing, X-ray/CT inspection, CMM dimensional verification, and dye penetrant inspection. Full material certifications and inspection reports are provided with every order.

  • Yes, we ship to customers across Asia, Europe, North America, and the Middle East. We handle all export documentation, customs clearance, and professional packaging. Shipping costs and timelines are included in every quote.
