What We Print — And What You Get

3DPTEK produces fully dense metal parts using Selective Laser Melting (SLM) on our in-house M Series and X Series printers. 30 years of process expertise means we can handle the parts other service bureaus turn down — complex internal channels, ultra-thin walls, medical-grade certification requirements.

±0.1mm Accuracy

Per 100mm. Tighter tolerances via post-process CNC. CMM verified on every batch.

5–10 Day Lead Time

Typical for prototypes. Production runs: 2–4 weeks. Rush available.

No Minimum Order

Single prototypes to thousands of units. Same process, same quality.

Global Delivery

Serving 30+ countries. Export-compliant documentation included.

Post-Processing

Heat treatment, CNC machining, polishing, HIP available in-house.

Full Traceability

Material certs, dimensional reports, mechanical test data with every shipment.

8 Metal Materials — All Qualified In-House

Every material below has been validated on our SLM equipment with documented process parameters. Not sure which to choose? Our engineers will recommend based on your application requirements.

Stainless Steel 316L

Corrosion-resistant. Tensile >520 MPa, elongation >40%. Fluid handling, medical instruments, food-grade parts.

Titanium TC4

Ti-6Al-4V, including TC4-ELI medical grade. >895 MPa tensile. Aerospace structures, surgical implants.

Aluminum AlSi10Mg

Lightweight, high thermal conductivity. ≥99.5% density. Automotive, 3C electronics, heat exchangers.

Mold Steel H13 / 18Ni300

50+ HRC after heat treatment. Maraging steel >1,900 MPa. Conformal cooling molds, die inserts.

Inconel 718 / 625

Creep-resistant to 700°C. Turbine blades, exhaust components, chemical processing equipment.

Cobalt-Chrome CoCrMo

Wear-resistant, biocompatible. Dental frameworks, orthopedic implants, high-temperature wear parts.

Tungsten Alloy

17+ g/cm³ density. Radiation shielding, aerospace counterweights, medical radiotherapy collimators.

Gradient Multi-Material (FGM)

Ti-Ta, stainless-to-tool-steel transitions within a single part. R&D and dual-property applications.

What Our Customers Order

Real parts we produce regularly. If your application looks similar, we can almost certainly help.

Aerospace Turbine Components

Inconel 718 fuel nozzles and turbine blades with internal cooling channels. HIP post-processing for critical density. Supplied to major Chinese aerospace groups.

Our SLM Equipment Fleet

3DPTEK designs and manufactures its own SLM metal printers (M Series and X Series) in our Fanchang factory. Multi-laser configurations enable high throughput for production volumes. Every machine parameter is optimized by our own engineers — because we use these same machines in our service bureau.

Frequently Asked Questions

    • None. We handle single prototypes and serial production runs equally. Single parts typically ship in 5–10 business days.

    • ±0.1mm per 100mm as-printed. Tighter tolerances via CNC post-machining. CMM inspection documentation included with every order.

    • Yes. ISO 13485:2016 certified. We produced China''s first 3D-printed titanium hearing aid with medical device registration. TC4-ELI and CoCrMo medical parts shipped with full material traceability.

    • Upload your STL/STEP file at Get a Quote or email sales@lyafs.com. Include material, quantity, and any certification requirements. Quotes within 24 hours on business days.

    • SLM produces fully dense parts as-printed (>99.5% density) — best for aerospace, medical, and high-performance applications. Binder Jetting is faster and cheaper for medium volumes but requires post-sintering. Not sure? Send us your file and we''ll recommend the right process.

    • Yes. Heat treatment, CNC machining, polishing, sandblasting, anodizing, and HIP. Every part ships with inspection documentation.
