Corrosion-resistant. Tensile >520 MPa, elongation >40%. Fluid handling, medical instruments, food-grade parts.
Titanium TC4
Ti-6Al-4V, including TC4-ELI medical grade. >895 MPa tensile. Aerospace structures, surgical implants.
Aluminum AlSi10Mg

Our SLM Equipment Fleet
3DPTEK designs and manufactures its own SLM metal printers (M Series and X Series) in our Fanchang factory. Multi-laser configurations enable high throughput for production volumes. Every machine parameter is optimized by our own engineers — because we use these same machines in our service bureau.
