Central R&D hub and medical products production base. Home to core technology development for all binder jetting, SLS, and SLM platforms. 320+ patents, 3 national standards authored. Houses application engineering, material science lab, and global technical support center.
Shaanxi Xianyang — 3D Casting Center
18,000 m² facility with 50+ casting and machining systems. 3DP sand printing, SLS, low-pressure casting, investment casting. Annual output: ~1,800 tons in aluminum, copper, iron, and steel alloys.
Shandong Rizhao — 3D Casting Center
Specializing in automotive component innovation. SLM, 3DP, SLA technologies combined with intelligent casting lines. Sand casting, investment casting, CNC machining, and surface treatment — one-stop from prototype to small/medium batch production.
Anhui Tongling — Art & Sculpture Casting Center
7,000 m² facility pioneering 3D-printed investment casting for metal sculpture. Lost wax, resin sand, plaster casting, bronze forging. Annual capacity: 500 tons of bronze sculpture. Serving artists, architects, and cultural institutions nationwide.
Henan Pingdingshan — Smart Manufacturing Center
180 mu, 40,000 m² — our largest single facility. Industry leader in ultra-high-voltage GIS aluminum shells (sole Chinese supplier to Korea LS and Iljin). 5,000 tons/year. Served Baihetan Hydropower Station and major UHV grid projects.
Guangxi Yulin — 3D Casting Center
Strategic location bridging the Greater Bay Area and ASEAN markets. 3DP sand printing for iron and aluminum rapid casting. Annual capacity: 2 million high-performance aluminum parts.
Jiangsu Taizhou — 3D Manufacturing Center
Eastern China production hub with large-format 3D printing and casting capabilities. Serving the Yangtze River Delta industrial belt — automotive, marine, and heavy machinery sectors.

Where our 3D printers are born. This facility manufactures and assembles the full range of 3DPTEK sand, wax, SLS, and SLM printers — from compact lab units to industrial-grade large-format systems. Every machine undergoes rigorous factory acceptance testing before shipment.

3D Sand Mold & Core Printing
Binder jetting sand molds up to 4 meters. Furan and phenolic resin systems. Direct casting-ready molds — no tooling required.
SLS Wax Pattern Printing
Polystyrene and PMMA wax patterns for investment casting. Precision patterns for turbine blades, impellers, and complex internal geometries.
Multi-Process Casting
Sand casting, investment casting, low-pressure, gravity, counter-pressure, squeeze casting, centrifugal casting, and lost foam — all under one quality system.
Material Coverage

All centers operate under our unified ISO 9001 quality management system. Standardized process parameters, shared digital job files, central engineering oversight, and uniform raw material sourcing ensure the same part printed at different centers meets identical specifications. Material certifications and inspection reports follow the same format regardless of production location.
Our application engineers determine the optimal production center based on your part material, size, quantity, and delivery destination. For example, large aluminum castings may route to Daming or Pingdingshan; copper alloy parts to Xianyang; bronze art pieces to Tongling. You don't need to decide — we handle routing internally.
Yes. We welcome customer visits for quality audits, process reviews, and production qualification. Our Shenzhen showroom is ideal for initial demonstrations. For plant tours, we arrange visits to the center most relevant to your project. Contact us to schedule.
Yes. With 10 centers and multiple production lines per center, we scale to meet large-volume demands. Annual capacity exceeds 10,000 tons of aluminum castings alone, plus thousands more in copper, steel, and iron. We can also establish dedicated production lines for recurring high-volume customers. Our platform model allows production splitting across centers when needed.
