The Company maintains a staff of field service and support personnel in China. The field service department is responsible for the installations of new AFS Systems and warranty service and maintenance programs. The applications support to customers is performed by Rapid Product Development service team.

The Company's customers may extend factory support beyond the limited warranty period by purchasing various levels of service contracts from Longyuan. For those customers choosing not to purchase full-service contracts, Longyuan also provides repair and maintenance services on a time and materials basis and sells replacement parts and components for repairs performed by customer technicians trained by Longyuan.

Accelerate Your Design Process

In today¡¯s market, time is often the most precious commodity. Rapid prototyping accelerates the design and production process, saving weeks in product development and giving you an important marketing edge.

RAPID MODELING

AFS rapid prototyping capabilities can put functional prototypes in your hands a few days after the initial design is complete. These dimensionally stable and highly accurate models allow precise assessment of the fit and function of components. You can rely on them to identify potential design improvements or to test your product in the marketplace.

RAPID METAL CASTING

When intermediate number of metal casting parts are required, within 2-4 weeks, AFS offers a full range of solutions. Using plaster casting, investment casting and sand casting, parts in Aluminum, Steel and Titanium can be produced with properties very similar to die cast parts. The process begins with the generation of an SLS casting PS pattern or wax pattern. The pattern is used to produce plaster or investment casting molds. Molten metal is poured into the molds, and after cooling, the parts are demolded and heat treated if required. Critical tolerances are obtained with secondary machining. Metal parts produced by this method have been successfully used for design verification, life testing, pre-production, and even production when required.

RAPID TOOLING

From a working model (yours or ours), urethane prototypes can be created in our vacuum-cast process. Resins can be selected that simulate thermoplastics and rubber, which demonstrate various hardness and flexibility characteristics. The resulting prototypes are replicas of the original model, including the finest details and surface properties. Many times when multiple metal prototypes are needs, the expendable patterns can become quite expensive. A more practical approach may be make wax injection molds from rapid tooling. This procedure usually reduce the cost and can still give multiple metal castings in 2-4 weeks.
